A few looks of things that caught my eye while out and about in Los Angeles that I had to take pictures of:
The Tiffany Theater is but a pile of dust before work starts on the Sunset / LaCienega Super Mega Project. This is Los Angeles though. The last thing to go of course are billboards! I had to take a shot because of the Terminator: Rise of the Machines impression it gave me. Come with me if you want to live in a megaplex!
Saw this coming down Coldwater Canyon. Actually a few times. I’m not posting this just to promote the Golden Road Brewery(I’m open to it), but just wondering if this is a cheaper way of getting around a billboard. If so, my driveway can hold two cars.
One of the most exclusive hotels in Los Angeles that nobody knows about. Strangely nestled among multi-million dollar homes, the Bel Air Hotel complex reopened a couple of years ago after extensive renovations. What did they change? Someone get me a room please.
This was taken a week ago, but what a wonderful day. I’m always on the hunt for Route 66 relics, but Santa Monica is among the hardest places to find anything of note. This sign isn’t even the real end of Route 66, but makes for a nice photo.
I guess it’s nice to had an armed guard stand protection twenty four hours a day. But upon further review….
This security agent is as flimsy as the boxes your televisions are delivered in.
